Whether it’s about learning your relationship with food or becoming more self aware and accepting, we all want to take care of ourselves to look good and feel good. Our goal is to support you and help you live your life in ways that line up with where you want to go. 

We provide health and nutrition coaching that is 100% personalised towards your goals.  All nutrition clients begin with an initial consult where we discuss what your goals are, it could be:

  • Specific body composition goals such as gaining muscle or losing body fat.

  • Building better eating habits that will benefit your health for the rest of your life.

  • Practicing self-care and learning to love your body.

  • Changing your mindset to improve your relationship with food.

  • Fuelling your body to improve your athletic performance in and out of the gym.

  • Eating healthier without giving up your favourite foods.

Coach Christine

Christine helps people love their body and find confidence, independence and sustainability in their food choices. In her free time, you can find her cycling down beach road, having coffee with mates or in her happy place lifting weights.
