Located on the edge of the C.B.D our West Melbourne box is filled with amazing members, new equipment and fresh paint.

Sessions are programmed for inclusivity. We want members of all ages, fitness levels and skill sets to get the most out of each class. Our focus is ensuring members feel challenged and supported to achieve their goals, whilst having the best hour of their day doing it.

We offer over 30 classes a week on a flexible timetable including daily open gym so members can choose the program that best suits their fitness goal.

CrossFit (CF)


Improve your strength, power, speed and endurance. Classes involve compound exercises such as squats, bench press, shoulder press and deadlifts. These movements are combined with a conditioning component, like box jumps, kettlebell swings, pull-ups and burpees. Every workout is different, so you will look forward to a new challenge each day.

Weightlifting (WL)


Our weightlifting class focusses on technique and execution of the clean, snatch and split jerk. Weightlifting stimulates the body in a way that improves strength and body composition, as well as providing neurological benefits. You’ll get stronger, gain confidence and improve functionality. Our expert trainers program for overall fitness or for competition.

Open Gym (OG)


Open gym is your gym. Do the workout you missed during the week, work on your weakest movements, or take some time out to improve your mobility. Come in for 5 minutes or the entire session, what you do in this session is completely up to you.
